This is where we begin. A focused 30 minute strategy session designed to help you extract your vision, untangle your ideas, and walk away with a clear, actionable roadmap. Includes a follow-up email summary and a tailored next-step checklist including links to additional resources where required. Best for: Creatives, early-stage founders, or anyone who feels stuck at the starting line.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & rescheduling Policy By booking this session, you agree to the following: 1. Booking Confirmation Your session is confirmed once payment has been received or your booking has been approved. By confirming your session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. 2. Cancellations We understand that life happens and plans can change. More than 48 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge. Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within this timeframe are subject to a £10 fee. Less than 24 hours’ notice 50% Fee: Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed entirely without prior contact, are charged in full. This policy exists to respect the time and preparation invested into each consultation and the limited number of spaces available each week. 3. Rescheduling You are welcome to reschedule your session once at no charge, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Further reschedules may be subject to an administrative £10 fee or forfeiture of the booking, depending on availability. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are running late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking may be treated as a no-show and charged in full. 5. Refunds Refunds are only issued if Kianga Business Consulting must cancel or reschedule your session and an alternative date cannot be agreed upon. All refunds are processed within 7 working days. 6. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that genuine emergencies may occur. If illness, bereavement, or unforeseen hardship prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kiangaservices.com. We will always do our best to accommodate your situation with fairness and discretion. 7. How to Cancel or Reschedule All changes to your booking must be made via your original booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly at support@kiangaservices.com. Cancellations are only considered confirmed once you receive written acknowledgment from our team.
