Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your session with more than 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before your appointment incur a £10 fee, and those made within 24 hours or missed entirely are charged in full. Reschedules are permitted once free of charge; further changes may be subject to an administrative fee or forfeiture of the booking, depending on availability. Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect all clients. If you are over 15 minutes late, your session may be treated as a no-show. In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact support@kiangaservices.com as soon as possible.
