Bookings & Payments
Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required to secure your booking.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.

All templates, materials, reports, designs, and frameworks produced by Kianga Services Ltd remain the company’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment & Booking

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens.
​We value your time and ours, so we aim to keep things flexible but fair:

More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule without charge.

Within 48 hours: No refund, but we may offer one courtesy reschedule.

Within 24 hours or no-show: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
If Kianga Services Ltd must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances,
Clients will be offered the next available slot or a full refund.

If Kianga Consulting needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the next available session or a full refund.
